No. Breezie is not a medicine or medical device. It is a cosmetic product registered under UK Cosmetic Products Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Each stick is filled with 100% natural essential oils including peppermint, menthol, eucalyptus, and others depending on the scent blend. We never use synthetic additives or artificial fragrances. Full ingredient lists are printed on each individual stick.

Use up to 3–5 inhalations total across all blends per day. Leave a few hours between uses. Avoid continuous or frequent use as this may reduce effectiveness and increase risk of irritation.

Best used within 30 days of opening for peak aroma strength. Can last up to 60 days when stored with the cap tightly sealed. Refer to the expiry date on the packaging.

Twist off the cap, gently place the stick just under your nostril (do not insert it), and take a slow, deep inhale for 1–2 seconds. Repeat on the other nostril if desired.
